Vacancy ASSISTANT DESCRIPTION - The office assistant will work with order spreadsheets, analysis of sales/order reports, order invoicing, issuing invoices, programming the order delivery route. Controls in the system the quantity of goods purchased and those that are running out, requesting the purchase of items that have reached the minimum stock for the responsible sector. Assists in counting final stock and annual inventory, performing count spreadsheets.
