Receptionist Vacancy - RJ - Welcome the customer by providing empathetic and differentiated service, directing them to the designated professional; Set and confirm appointment times by phone and Whatsapp; Process transactions (cash or credit cards) and enter sales/services into the system; Encourage sales of additional products and services to customers; Provide full support to nail designers and extensionists; Will be responsible for promoting actions, posts and general control of social media (Facebook and Instagram); Organization and stock control; Carry out the Satisfaction survey via WhatsApp or telephone (after sales); Observe the organization and cleanliness of the environment, correcting what is necessary, organizing nail polish, films and jewelry; Make and offer coffee and water to customers; Check pliers, curettes and toothpicks.
