Restaurant Attendant Vacancy - RJ - • Assist with activities in the Food and Beverage area, serving drinks, cleaning tables and transporting orders from the pantry to the Waiter, at various points of sale (restaurant, bar, room service, events, etc.) . • Clean tables and transport orders to different points of sale (restaurant, bar, events, etc.). • Ensure the organization and hygiene of the materials to be used. • Prepare the mise-en-place of points of sale. • Present the account and receive payments from customers, when necessary. • Assist with restocking buffets. • Assist in setting up and supplying event rooms, as well as providing food and beverage services, such as coffee breaks, banquets and cocktails, when necessary. • Post orders in the system, close accounts and issue respective invoices, when necessary. • Apply the area’s “Self Control” processes and procedures; • Apply good food safety practices relevant to the area; • Perform other related duties according to the needs of the area.
