Vacancy Cook II - Hospitality - Prepare the dishes for the day's menu, based on the demands received, cooking, grilling, roasting the food. Assemble individual plates, buffets, trays, etc. and distribute at places of consumption. Provide food replacement at all distribution points, when necessary. Perform confectionery activities, finishing/assembling sweets and desserts. Collect food at the end of services, both at the buffet and in the kitchen, and send it to the appropriate destination safely. Provide information and clarifications to customers about the dishes served, when requested. Guide the Kitchen Assistant.
