Barbecue Vacancy - RJ -Organize, clean and sanitize the work area and equipment under your responsibility. Sanitize the inputs to be used in the parrilla. Prepare meats as requested, considering the menu, recipes and customer requests. Pack and label all inputs with production and expiration dates and always store them in the cold production chamber. Monitor the receipt of meat and fish to ensure their quality. Control stocks and the respective expiration dates of inputs and request replacement from the Logistics area whenever necessary.
