Kitchen Assistant Vacancy - RJ - • Assist in preparing meals, according to the menu of the day; • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the buffet and utensils to offer a great dining environment; • Wash utensils and help clean the kitchen and dining room; • Receive, organize and identify supplies in the sector's stock, separating by type and expiration date, enabling agility in searching and avoiding product loss; • Follow the standards established by the Health Surveillance and Good Practices Manual. • Ensure the safety and good use of equipment, keep the work environment and instruments clean and organized, take care of personal and uniform hygiene, in accordance with current legislation and standards.
