Butcher Vacancy - RJ - • Serve the customer with attention, courtesy and agility, whenever requested, offering information and guidance about the product, indicating promotions and offering suggestions; • Unload the goods received, arranging for their packaging in the cold rooms; • Provide the defrosting of products that require this treatment, checking the appropriate temperature and the necessary quantities; • Handle products, according to different pre-established cuts, observing the quality and validity of the pieces, ensuring maximum use of the product; • Provide customer service with cordiality and record all observations made in order to improve service; • Clean the storage area, ensure the correct packaging of goods and check the quality and validity of items in stock; • Ensure the safety and good use of equipment, keep the work environment and instruments clean and organized, take care of personal and uniform hygiene, in accordance with current legislation and standards. • Follow the standards established by the Health Surveillance and Good Practices Manual.
