DISTRIBUTOR SUPERVISOR VACANCY - The supervisor will work with receiving orders, analyzing sales/order reports, billing orders, issuing invoices, and scheduling delivery routes for orders. Checks orders and merchandise, assists in shipping and loading/unloading merchandise. Assists in counting the final stock and annual inventory. Supervises the correct progress of all processes related to operations/stock, reassigning the team according to order demand, delegating tasks and demanding their completion. Requests purchases of items that have reached minimum stock. Experience as a supervisor is desirable. Essential to have computer/typing skills; Possess systemic vision, dynamism/versatility, excellent ability to prioritize and manage time, focus on details/concentration, excellent ability to solve problems and deal with the team, commitment to standardized processes, excellent ability to memorize, organize, and communicate in writing and verbally. Education: Incomplete/complete higher education.
