Prepare various accounting reports relating to payroll, such as: payroll summary, 13th salary forecast, hours report, among others. Check and deliver income reports (DIRF) to government bodies. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions within your scope of activity or through the competent departments and sectors, and verify the implementation of the solutions. Develop, implement and execute employee termination procedures. Monitor compliance with eSocial activities, guarantee deliveries within the legal deadline. Identify opportunities for process improvements
