Receive visa and permit applications, and verify documentation according to the standard requested by the Mission. Maintain project calendars and operation reports as required. Pre-align incoming requests according to the requirements of the respective Consulate. Identify and correct incorrect or incomplete information received from applicants, ensuring the accuracy of the data contained in the visa application, assisting the administrator in his/her routine activities and in controlling the organization of files, information management, document review, among other activities. Excellent knowledge of all information related to applicable regulations and the costs of visas and immigration applications.
