In general, residents of cities that have been hit by heavy rains in recent months can withdraw their FGTS. The modality in question is the withdrawal disaster.

In other words, residents of communities that have declared a state of emergency are included in the list of beneficiaries. They are: Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Below is the complete list of the states covered and their municipalities.
