Baker Vacancy - RJ - Weekly schedule the production of Bakery items together with the Nutritionist, observing the sales history and defined production calendar; • Prepare the bread for fermentation, observing the time necessary for adequate product growth, ensuring production needs are met; • Bake bread, bread and cakes, monitoring the temperature and oven time; • Ensure the supply of the sales area and its correct organization in addition to stock management; • Train and guide employees on Bakery technical issues and good food handling practices; • Conduct tasting of products with low output or new items in the mix for sales promotion; • Follow the standards established by the Health Surveillance and Good Practices Manual.
