Keep up to date with the current menu and products not available in the store; Keep up to date with preparation procedures, and possible updates to them; Control waste, comply with the kitchen checklist; Maintain all equipment in proper order, functioning and in good condition; Support management regarding input and maintenance needs in the store; Support colleagues by teaching and providing support when necessary; Comply with internal employee regulations like any other, such as scheduled weekly days off and arrival and departure times. Receive orders and forward them to the markets, as well as supervising the final result before the dish is delivered to be taken to the customer, ensuring the standard of cooking and assembly.
