Restaurant Attendant Vacancy - RJ - • Assist in the Food and Beverage area activities, serving drinks, cleaning tables and transporting orders from the pantry to the Waiter, at the various points of sale (restaurant, bar, room service, events, etc.). • Clean tables and transport orders at the various points of sale (restaurant, bar, events, etc.). • Ensure the organization and sanitation of materials to be used. • Prepare the mise-en-place of the points of sale. • Present the bill and receive the respective payments from customers, when necessary. • Assist in replenishing buffets. • Assist in the assembly and supply of event rooms, as well as in food and beverage services, such as coffee breaks, banquets and cocktails, when necessary. • Enter orders into the system, close accounts and issue the respective invoices, when necessary. • Apply the “Self Control” processes and procedures of the area; • Apply good food safety practices pertinent to the area; • Perform other related tasks according to the needs of the area.
