Vacancy Cook II – Hospitality 

Cook II Vacancy - Hotel Management - Prepare the dishes on the daily menu, based on the requests received, cooking, grilling, baking the food. Assemble individual dishes, buffets, trays, etc. and distribute them to the consumption locations. Provide food replenishment at all distribution points, when necessary. Perform confectionery activities, finishing/assembling sweets and desserts. Collect the food at the end of the services, both at the buffet and in the kitchen and send it to the appropriate destination safely. Provide information and clarifications to customers about the dishes served, when requested. Guide the Kitchen Assistant.
