Cylinder, cut and roll the dough, proceeding according to the technique required to give it the desired shape. Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or similar role Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough machines. Knowledge of food safety practices. Excellent time management skills.
