Night Watchman Vacancy - RJ - Control access of people and vehicles; Identify visitors and direct them to the condominium's premises in accordance with security standards; Conduct patrols around the condominium ensuring coverage of the entire site, including access areas other than the main one; Inspect the condominium's areas in order to prevent fires, robberies, thefts, and sabotage; Examine doors, windows, garage doors, and other accesses, and ensure that they are locked and protected; Monitor images from internal security cameras, at the gatehouse; Call those responsible and public authorities in case of emergencies; Complete and pass the Security Guard Training Course; undergo a refresher course every 2 years; Have been hired under CLT by a company specialized in property security management or a company that has an Organic Security Service.
