Maintain the hygiene and organization of the sector as well as pre-prepare the foodstuffs that will be used in preparing the day's menu and offer all the necessary support to the cook throughout the day in accordance with the recommendations of the Standard Recipe and Good Practices Manual of Production (MBPP) and POPs. Complete high school education, experience in the role and availability of work hours required.
