Vacancy Cook (A) - Perform pre-preparation, meal preparation. Work on decorating the dishes. Receive and check the items coming from the warehouse and cold rooms, requested to prepare the day's menu, checking expiration dates. Communicate to your immediate superior the lack of any item necessary to prepare the menu. Clean salads and promote their preparation. Replenish preparations at distribution counters. Guide and collaborate in the hygiene of the work area, utensils and equipment. Comply with company procedures, in particular the Good Practices Manual.
