Approach customers in the cheese and wine sector, offering guidance on products, with the aim of delighting the customer; • Keep the wine cellar and cheese island always clean, organized and priced, carry out replacement and standardized display of products; • Offer tastings and perform at internal and external events, promoting fine wines and cheeses or other related products; • Assist with ordering wines, avoiding stockouts, and carry out monthly inventory of the sector; • Monitor sales and identify opportunities for action to improve results through specific actions; • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area, ensuring a pleasant environment; • Ensure the safety and good use of equipment, keep the work environment and instruments clean and organized, take care of personal and uniform hygiene, in accordance with current legislation and standards.
