Financial Assistant Vacancy - RJ - Carry out financial processes for the company in general; Prepare balance sheets Control processes and orders Issuance or release of invoices Issuance of billing slips; Control of tax documents and charges; Daily bank reconciliation; Release of processes for other sectors; Company document files; Surveys and controls of financial processes; Daily cash flow monitoring; Accounts payable and receivable; Cost survey; Process tax payments; Process invoices and follow up with customers, suppliers and partners when necessary; Search for resources for cash control; Management reports for the Board. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; Professional experience as a Financial Assistant, Finance Supervisor or similar role; Organizational and time management skills; Easy with numbers and calculations; Mastery of the office suite; Knowledge of the internal system used.
