Perform support services in the Quality area. Serve internal and external customers, providing and receiving information, aiming to contribute to the improvement of the Quality Management System processes; handle various documents, complying with all necessary procedures related to them; prepare reports and spreadsheets; perform general office services; Monitor administrative processes of the Quality sector; verify established deadlines; locate processes; monitor notifications of non-compliance; forward internal protocols; update annual planning data; publish documents; Execute the PRQs (Quality Procedures) guidelines; Serve managers, senior management, outsourced services, visitors and auditors; consult coordination and Directors of other units of the Institution on matters related to the Quality sector, exchanging information, to complement their knowledge. Assist in the supervision of internal control books of the sector, as well as in the resolution of pending issues. Perform support routines in the Quality sector; Organize Quality sector meetings, with control of meeting minutes, preparation of reports and statistical data. Monitor the actions recommended to the areas in order to verify their implementation and/or corrective actions. Promote and carry out training related to Quality. Conduct committee audits every six months. Monitor internal audits. Provide systemic training for the organization's managers. Provide assistance to the sectors in the process of developing and maintaining Quality systems, seeking information and feedback that allows for the evaluation of programs already implemented. Maintain control of Quality records and monitor certificates, their validity and expiration dates. Keep the Quality sector organized and observe the deadlines established for the area's processes, aiming at efficient and effective service. Participate in the preparation of the Hospital Unit's Quality policy, collaborating with information, suggestions and experiences.
