Atuará com entrega e recepção de materiais, fornecer aos funcionários EPIs e os materiais solicitados para a produção, responder por todos os materiais constantes no estoque, carregar os veículos de transportes com as máquinas e equipamentos a serem despachados, fazer emissão de notas fiscais, verificar as notas fiscais em relação ao pedido realizado e o material que está sendo entregue, descarregar os produtos que chegam, identificar produtos por cliente e armazenar o material de acordo com o subgrupo, dar saída nos materiais que deixam o estoque, dar entrada manual nos itens que voltam da fábrica para o estoque, controlar mercadorias de alta e baixa rotatividade, controlar materiais em consignação, controlar pedidos de compra, fazer lançamento das notas fiscais no sistema, endereçar os materiais, registrar a entrada de notas fiscais, solicitar notas de devolução ao faturamento, enviar as notas para o departamento financeiro, controlar o acesso de pessoas ao almoxarifado, anotar os produtos que estão em falta ou que não tem muita saída, fazer a etiquetação de mercadorias especificando lote, quantidade, verificar as ordens de serviços pendentes destes materiais, efetuar o atendimento das ordens de serviços ou encaminhar as peças para o estoque, efetuar inventários cíclicos e inventário geral das peças em estoque periodicamente e atualizar no sistema.
