Realizar atendimento presencial aos usuários de TI, a partir das solicitações recebidas no Atendimento Remoto ou diretamente pelo Gestor do Contrato, respeitando os Níveis de Serviço acordados. Contatar, se necessário, outras equipes ou prestadores de serviço que porventura possuam correlação com o incidente, ou possam auxiliar no diagnóstico e resolução do problema ou requisição a ser tratada. Efetuar avaliações técnicas sobre problemas em equipamentos e suprimentos de TI, contendo todos os esclarecimentos solicitados pelo CONTRATANTE. Acompanhar técnicos de fornecedores de assistência técnica ou garantia de equipamentos de TI, durante eventuais manutenções nos equipamentos. Contatar, se necessário, o usuário solicitante para agendar o melhor dia e horário para a visita. Registrar, diagnosticar e solucionar problemas no escopo de hardware, sistema operacional e áreas correlatas, efetuando, inclusive, eventuais manutenções corretivas nos equipamentos de TI, com peças fornecidas pelo CONTRATANTE, caso necessário. Identificar, sempre por ocasião dos atendimentos, problemas relativos à característica de suprimentos e equipamentos utilizados pelos clientes (cartuchos incompatíveis, danificados, com defeitos de fabricação ou vencidos, papéis inadequados para o tipo de impressora, equipamentos inadequados para o serviço ou utilizados de forma indevida pelos clientes etc.), encaminhando suas observações ao seu superior, que deverá informar ao fiscal do CONTRATANTE.
