Who is entitled to receive the 13th salary in advance from INSS?

Beneficiaries of pensions, sickness benefit, accident benefit, rehabilitation benefit, death benefit and other benefits administered by the institution receive the 13th salary. The exception applies to those who have the Continuous Payment Benefit (BPC/Loas) paid to low-income elderly people over 65 years of age and needy people with disabilities and equal to one minimum wage (R$ 1,212), and holders of Lifetime Monthly Income.

Benefits that have been suspended

Retirees and pensioners with a magnetic card who do not receive the benefit for two consecutive months (60 days) will not be paid. In these cases, the money goes back to the social security fund.
