Fazer parte da equipe do setor de produção, embalagem e expedição. Executar o correto preenchimento das ordens de produção, quando lhe for designado. Preencher e executar os controles e procedimentos necessários, a serem estipulados pelo superior como: planilha de controle de produção, estoque, limpeza, controle de qualidade e de peso, entre outros; Zelar pelo controle de qualidade respectivo da área como: o descongelamento das carnes, correta manipulação das mesmas, padronização dos processos e amarração, padronização de pacotes e embalagem e separação adequada de produtos por clientes; entre outros. Colaborar na limpeza geral como: lavagem de utensílios da produção, máquinas, caixas de armazenamento de produtos e proceder a limpeza total do local, diariamente, ao final dos trabalhos. Experiência na área de alimentos. Ter interesse em produção artesanal. Entender a qualidade do artesanal frente à produção industrial. Ter treinamento em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (ANVISA).
