FIRJAN: See robotics and mathematics workshops

Firstly, good news for Mathematics and Robotics students. FIRJAN, in partnership with SESI, opened registrations until May 1st for 1,680 free places for mathematics workshops (1,020 places) and robotics (660 places), a great opportunity for students.

Furthermore, the courses are being offered at the 17 Firjan Sesi Schools, which are distributed in the neighborhoods of Maracanã, Laranjeiras, Tijuca, Jacarepaguá, in the state capital; and in the interior municipalities, such as Barra do Piraí, Barra Mansa, and also in the lowlands of Rio de Janeiro in Duque de Caxias, in the north of Rio de Janeiro it also has hubs in Itaperuna, Macaé, Nova Friburgo, among several other municipalities.

Finally, classes are scheduled to take place between May 9th and December 16th.

Objective of the workshops

As the coordinators say, the intention is to develop essential introductory mathematics content for elementary school. The course is also suitable for students with difficulty or even those who want to delve deeper into the subject.
