Holding Natura & CO launches new internship program for students graduating from December 2023; 50% of vacancies are exclusive to self-proclaimed black people
The Natura & Co group opened the second edition of the internship program with applications until July 15th.
In the states of Bahia and São Paulo, 50 vacancies will be filled in various areas of the Natura, Avon and The Body Shop brands. Around 50% of the vacancies are for students who declare themselves black.
Furthermore, depending on the position, the work model is in-person in offices and factories or on a hybrid basis with two trips to the company per week.
In February this year, the company opened its first internship program, which resulted in the hiring of 163 interns, with 67% of the vacancies filled by black people, above the expected target.
To participate in the selection process, candidates must be undergraduate university students expected to complete between December 2023 and December 2024. All courses are accepted.
How to register for the internship
There are generally vacancies in the areas of finance, legal and government relations, communication, culture and organization, supply chain, technology, innovation and Natura & Co Pay.
The selection process has four stages:
- Registrations;
- Tests — which could take place between June and July;
- Online Panels: dynamics and interviews, between July and August;
- Admission — expected to begin in September.
