Budget Analyst Vacancy - RJ - Develop technical feasibility studies related to the provision of maintenance engineering and fire brigade services, based on specifications defined by clients in a public notice or other type of competition, analyzing needs, researching quality and safety standards, as well as technically evaluating installation conditions and machinery specifications, in order to enable the preparation of technical and commercial proposals that meet the level of demand, quality and technical condition required by the project. Prepare technical and commercial proposals related to the provision of maintenance engineering and fire brigade services. Support the Commercial and Operational teams in preparing commercial proposals, assisting in defining the specification of values, contract terms, adjustment indexes, payment methods, benefits granted, incident charges, values of materials to be provided and other inherent aspects. Contact the Company's Legal Department, submitting the contractual terms and conditions established by clients, aiming to obtain the legal approval necessary to close the deal and legally protect the Organization's interests. Fill out registration data requested by current and potential clients, aiming at approval as a supplier, for future invitations to bid processes. Prepare budgets, proposals, qualification documents and other information necessary to meet the requirements established by the client. Perform the interface between departments (Operations, SMS, Finance, Supplies, HR, Legal, etc.), in order to obtain various information to compose the cost and scope, meeting the requirements established by the client. Perform the analysis and fill out minutes of contracts and addendums for current and new clients, submitting the documents for analysis by the Company's Legal Department. Participate in meetings with clients in order to equalize technical and commercial issues related to the ongoing bidding process. Perform quotations with specific service providers, in order to compose the cost and scope, meeting the requirements established by the client.
