Prepare technical and commercial proposals regarding the provision of maintenance engineering and fire brigade services. Support to the Commercial and Operational teams to prepare commercial proposals, helping to define the specification of values, contract validity periods, adjustment rates, payment methods, benefits attributed, applicable charges, values of materials to be supplied and other aspects inherent. Contact the Company's Legal Department, submitting the contractual terms and conditions established by the clients, aiming to obtain the legal approval necessary to close the deal and legally protect the Organization's interests. Complete registration data requested by current customers and potential customers, aiming for approval as a supplier for future invitations to bidding processes. Preparation of budgets, proposals, qualification documents and other information necessary to meet the requirements established by the client. Execute the interface between departments (Operational, SMS, Financial, Supplies, HR, Legal, etc.), in order to obtain diverse information to compose the cost and scope, meeting the requirements established by the client.
